Weight Management



Most people are aware of which foods to eat more of and which to eat less of to help them lose weight. Finding a diet that works for you, making the necessary changes and sticking at it is much more difficult! Sophie has undertaken training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, which allows her to help clients overcome the obstacles preventing them from achieving their goals. Using her knowledge of nutrition Sophie will tailor weight loss solutions to your meal pattern and food preferences and provide you with a weight loss solution that works for you.



Weight Loss Packages


Packages will include a ‘pay as you go service’ starting with initial 60 minute consultation, with subsequent follow up appointments of 45 minutes at an individual clients discretion.

Alternatively, Sophie can offer a 12 week ‘intensive’ weight management package which will include an initial 60 minute appointment and 11, weekly follow up appointments with text/e-mail/telephone check in on two further occasions each week.


Sophie also offers group weight management with small exclusive groups put together by you with your friends or with carefully selected others from her client list. For more information please contact us.



About Your Appointment


Your initial appointment will be booked for 60 minutes and will include a full assessment of your diet and health and exploration of your goals. Based on this assessment you will be provided with tailored advice and supporting literature and your diet may be analysed with software. You will be offered ongoing support between consultations via e-mail, text or phone if needed and follow up appointments will be booked for 45 minutes.


As a record of your consultation Sophie will write you a letter detailing your appointment and the plans that have been made. This can be shared with your GP, consultant or other healthcare professionals at your discretion.
